Located adjacent to Lake Wakatipu with breathtaking views of the surrounding lake and mountains this home was designed by Sumich Chaplin with interiors by Trinity Interior Design. 

Build from stone and cedar this large home consists of a main house with four bedrooms and ensuites and a seperate guest wing with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Inside the home has Ambitec Plaster and cedar and huge black heart timber beams recycled from the Brisbane wharf. The roof of the guest wing has a green roof to blend into the landscape.
